Our Authentic New York Style Pizza Pie

At Josie's Pizza and Wings we believe that it takes several key ingredients to make a great pizza. No ingredient is of less importance than the other. Rather all of them together combine to make a great pizza pie. We start with our hand-tossed, New York style pizza dough. It is made from scratch everyday in the time-honored, traditional way, on premises. Its light and crispy crust is worthy of the premium toppings we top your pizza with. Unlike our competitors, at Josie's all of our sauces are made daily, from scratch, we then add our secret ingredients that make our food taste unique. No discerning pizza chef would ever dream of using frozen cheese. But that's exactly what many pizza companies do. We use only 100% fresh mozzarella cheese which is at the heart of the fresh taste that comes with every pizza we make. We go to great lengths to choose quality meats that we use in a lot of our menu and only use hearty robust servings of real meat and freshly cut, ripened vegetables, sliced daily in our store. We wouldn't consider buying pre-sliced vegetables because we know fresh simply tastes better.
